The machinery manufacturing sector mainly includes two core subsidiaries, Wenzhou Yong'an General Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Wenzhou Rizheng Metal Materials Co., Ltd. Wenzhou Yong'an General Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the production and manufacturing of general mechanical equipment and parts such as medium and low pressure valves, air compressors, steam turbines, etc., and its main customers are large domestic petrochemical, machinery and steel manufacturing enterprises. Wenzhou Rizheng Metal Materials Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the rolling processing and sales of strip steel. Its main customers are a large number of mechanical, electrical and electronic component manufacturers in southern Zhejiang.
The energy and power sector mainly includes two core subsidiaries: Zhejiang Zhongdian Engineering Design Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Grid New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Among them, Zhejiang Zhongdian Engineering Design Co., Ltd. is a leading private power transmission and transformation design enterprise in Zhejiang Province, with Class B qualification in power transmission and transformation engineering design and Class III qualification in power construction general contracting. Zhejiang Grid Power New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the investment, construction, operation and management of new energy photovoltaic projects. At present, it has completed four roof photovoltaic projects in Wenzhou, and will focus on promoting the investment and construction of smart energy comprehensive utilization projects in the future.
The construction sector mainly includes three core subsidiaries, namely Zhejiang Jiade Construction Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongqian Construction Co., Ltd. and Wenzhou Yonghong Prefabricated Components Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Jiade Construction Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Zhongqian Construction Co., Ltd. mainly undertake the general construction contracting business. At present, it has more than ten construction qualifications, including Grade I general contracting of construction projects, Grade I general contracting of decoration projects, and Grade II general contracting of municipal projects, and has undertaken many large-scale construction projects.
