Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the accounting work of the construction sector, review the demand for the use of funds, and handle the accounting business of various projects on time;
2. Supervise and inspect the project advance payment, material payment and other items to ensure that the fund payment is within a reasonable range;
3. Properly handle various economic businesses, coordinate with the settlement of project funds, and ensure the reasonable payment of funds;
4. Timely and accurately complete various financial statements to objectively and truly reflect the financial status of the project;
5. Handle the handling and liquidation of tax related affairs, and liaise with the tax authorities;
6. Summarize monthly, quarterly and annual financial data and prepare various accounting statements;
7. Cooperate with the head of the financial department to standardize and improve the accounting workflow and specifications in the engineering field.
Qualifications
1. Full time college degree or above, major in finance;
2. Familiar with modular operation of financial software such as UFIDA or Kingdee;
3. Be familiar with the accounting and accounting subjects of construction enterprises, and have more than 2 years of independent handling experience;
4. Have the professional qualification certificate of accounting or economy above intermediate level;
5. Careful work, good professional ethics and quality.
