Responsibilities
1. Have a good understanding of the project contract, be familiar with the technical drawings, and be skilled in operating the budget process;
2. Be able to analyze and calculate unit price in combination with contracts and data;
3. Participate in the preparation of bidding documents and tenders, collect the cost information of each project item, and provide the basis for bidding;
4. Timely prepare the budget, correctly calculate the quantities and apply the quota, do a good job in the analysis of labor and materials, and timely do a good job in comparing the main physical quantities of the budget;
5. During the construction process, timely collect the technical changes and visa forms, and timely prepare the increase and decrease accounts as the basis for the final accounts of the project;
6. Responsible for the preparation of operating budget and data collection of all design and engineering companies.
Qualifications
1. Full time college degree or above, major in engineering cost or budget;
2. More than two years of relevant work experience;
3. Be familiar with the budget quota and order pricing quota of electric power or construction projects, and be able to independently prepare project budget and settlement;
4. Be familiar with relevant equipment and materials in construction and market prices;
5. Skillfully use the existing bill of quantities pricing software and CAD software;
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and have a strong sense of confidentiality.
